RETURNS
For eligible items, we offer refunds, gift card, store credit, Shop Now, or exchange within 15 days of delivery date for full priced items with tags attached & in original, unworn condition (restrictions apply). If you return for a refund, the return costs are deducted from the total of your refund. Exchange, Gift Card, and Shop Now will not incur any handling fees.
You must ship back your items with the label we provide, otherwise your return may be rejected.
We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, stained/soiled, laundered or altered in any way. This includes such marks as bodily fluids, deodorant stains & removed/tampered with liners.

Yes, you can exchange in a few ways absolutely free.
You have 15 days to request for exchange. Your exchange order will be shipped once your return is on its way back to us.

DOMESTIC EXPRESS ORDERS
Orders need to be placed before 12pm PST to be shipped out within one business day. If you place you order on a FRI, it will likely ship out on MON. Carrier delays may occur during the holidays.

We hand off your package to carriers within 24 hours during business days. Once your package is with the carrier, the delivery time is dependent on the carrier.

*Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not mis-delivered or easily found around the premises." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
REFUNDS
It takes 12-16 business days for processing from the point the item is delivered to us. Once your refund is processed, it can take an average of 2-4 business days to appear depending on your bank.
